Select Your Browser

To turn on the notifications on your browser, simply follow the instructions below that correlate with your browser.

Google Chrome

Mozilla FireFox

Apple Safari

Microsoft Edge

Google Chrome

By default, Chrome alerts you whenever a website, app, or extension wants to send you notifications. You can change this setting at any time. If you’re browsing in Incognito mode, you won’t get notifications.

  1. On your computer, open Chrome.
  2. At the top right, click More More and then Settings.
  3. At the bottom, click Advanced.
  4. Under “Privacy and security,” click Site settings.
  5. Click Notifications
  6. Select Allow a site: Next to “Allow,” click Add. Enter the site and click Add.

Mozilla Firefox

You can choose whether or not to give permission for a specific website by following these instructions:

  1. Click the info icon to bring up the Control Center.
  2. Click the arrow in the prompt.
  3. Click More information to bring up the Page Info window.
  4. Click the Permissions tab.
  5. Under Send Notifications, choose Allow. If your choices are greyed out, remove the checkmark next to Use Default.

Apple Safari

Many apps on your Mac use notifications to let you know about events, updates, or changes. Notifications appear briefly in the top-right corner of the screen or stay there until you dismiss them.

  1. On your Mac, choose Apple menu > System Preferences, then click Notifications.

  2. In Notifications preferences, set Mochi to allow notifications.

Microsoft Edge

  1. Launch Edge from your Start menu, desktop or taskbar.
  2. Click the More button in the top-right corner of the window (It looks like three dots).
  3. Click Settings.
  4. Click View advanced settings. You might have to scroll down a bit to find it.
  5. Click Manage, located beneath Notifications. You might have to scroll down a bit to find it.
  6. Ensure that Mochi notifications are enabled.
