Common Support Questions

Setting up Mochi on your shop is simple. If you’re on Shopify, you can add the Mochi app to your Shopify store by visiting the Mochi App page here.

If you are not on Shopify, you will need to copy and paste a code snippet to your website. The code can be found here.

To change your email address, please login to the Mochi dashboard at https://mochi.ai/login.

Once you have logged into your account, you can change your email address by selecting the menu icon in the top-right corner of the page, then selecting Account.

The option to change your email address can be found at the top of the page. Be sure to click the update button before navigating away from the page.

To change your password, please login to the Mochi dashboard at https://mochi.ai/login.

Once you have logged into your account, you can change your password by selecting the menu icon in the top-right corner of the page, then selecting Account.

To change your profile picture, please login to the Mochi dashboard at https://mochi.ai/login.

To connect Mochi to your Shopify store, please login to the Mochi dashboard at https://mochi.ai/login.

Once you have logged into your account, you can connect Mochi to your Shopify store by selecting the menu icon in the top-right corner of the page, then selecting Account.

Scroll down to the Connect Shopify section and paste the URL from your Shopify store in the text box.

Be sure to click the update button before navigating away from the page.

A Public Key is a cryptographic key that can be obtained and used by anyone to encrypt messages intended for a particular recipient, such that the encrypted messages can be deciphered only by using a second key that is known only to the recipient (the Private Key).

To locate your Public Key, please login to the Mochi dashboard at https://mochi.ai/login.

Once you have logged into your account, you can find your Public Key by selecting the menu icon in the top-right corner of the page, then selecting Account.

Then you can scroll down to the Public Key section.

An API Key is a code passed in by computer programs calling an application programming interface (API) to identify the calling program, its developer, or its user to the Web site. API keys are used to track and control how the API is being used, for example to prevent malicious use or abuse of the API.

To locate your API Key, please login to the Mochi dashboard at https://mochi.ai/login.

Once you have logged into your account, you can find your API Key by selecting the menu icon in the top-right corner of the page, then selecting Account.

Then you can scroll down to the API Key section.

To change your account admin, please login to the Mochi dashboard at https://mochi.ai/login.

Once you have logged into your account, you can change your account admin by selecting the menu icon in the top-right corner of the page, then selecting Account.

Scroll down to the Account Admin page to make the changes. Be sure to click the update button before navigating away from the page.

To add personnel staff to your Mochi account, please login to the Mochi dashboard at https://mochi.ai/login.

Once you have logged into your account, you can add personnel staff to your Mochi account by selecting the menu icon in the top-right corner of the page, then selecting Account.

Scroll down to the Staff section of the page to make the changes. Be sure to click the update button before navigating away from the page.

To locate your Mochi store phone number, please login to the Mochi dashboard at https://mochi.ai/login.

Once you have logged into your account, you can find your Mochi store phone number by selecting the menu icon in the top-right corner of the page, then selecting Account.

Then you can scroll down to the Store Numbers section.

To change your billing information, please login to the Mochi dashboard at https://mochi.ai/login.

Once you have logged into your account, you can change your billing information by selecting the menu icon in the top-right corner of the page, then selecting Account.

Scroll down to the Billing section of the page to make the changes. Be sure to click the update button before navigating away from the page.

To change your chat schedule and status, please login to the Mochi dashboard at https://mochi.ai/login.

Once you have logged into your account, you can change your email address by selecting the menu icon in the top-right corner of the page, then selecting Settings.

To customize your chat widget, please login to the Mochi dashboard at https://mochi.ai/login.

Once you have logged into your account, you can customize your chat widget by selecting the menu icon in the top-right corner of the page, then selecting Settings.

To customize your automation settings, please login to the Mochi dashboard at https://mochi.ai/login.

Once you have logged into your account, you can customize your automation settings by selecting the menu icon in the top-right corner of the page, then selecting Settings.

The option to customize your automation settings can be found near the top of the page. Be sure to click the update button before navigating away from the page.
